Annabelle de Croÿ, who lives in Wellington, N.Z., holds degrees from the Universities of Waikato and Canterbury. Her published translations from the French include the two articles by Jean Deprun which appeared in Screening the past 6, songs in Romantic French song 1830-1870 (1994), and The lady of Valotte - memoirs of S.A.S. Princesse M. D. de Croÿ, Princess du Saint-Empire (1997).
